I. Flexible offer
30% deposit - reservation can be canceled at no cost up to 14 days before arrival. The prepayment paid will be refunded within 7 days of notification of cancellation. In case of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the facility will charge the guest with the amount of the deposit paid (in the amount of 30% of the value of the reservation).
II. Non-refundable offer
100% deposit - the reservation cannot be canceled at no cost. The prepaid deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation, the facility will charge the guest 100% of the reservation value.
III. How to Cancel
The booking confirmation email that you will receive on completing your booking will contain full details on how to cancel your booking online.
