• deposit - on the day of arrival Lion Apartments pre-authorizes the Guest’s payment card for the amount. PLN 500 to cover possible damages.
• The deposit / pre-authorization is released within 3 days after the departure of guests in the absence of damages. we kindly remind you about the need to observe the curfew hours [hours 22:00-6:00] and the ban on organizing parties. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, we reserve the right to immediately check-out guests without refund.
• smoking is prohibited in all our apartments. Failure to comply with the ban is associated with a financial penalty of 500 PLN.

• climate tax 6,38 PLN per person / night
• additional cleaning at the Guest’s request with a change of towels 180 - 300 PLN
• extending the hotel day to 14:00 - 150 PLN
• the fulfillment of the request depends on the current availability and requires prior confirmation with the reception [no guarantee]
• retrofitting the apartment with a children’s set: a travel cot with a mattress and bedding and a high chair - 100 PLN/stay
• transfer from/to the airport - 150 PLN for up to 3 people and 180 PLN for up to 8 people

• in order to guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30.00% of the reservation value.
• the prepayment should be made within 24 hours of making the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the initial reservation.
• we accept cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron.

• flexible offer: the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days of notification of cancellation. In case of cancellation after this time or no-show at the property on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest for 30.00% of the booking value.
• non-refundable offer: In case of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest with the amount of the reservation value.
